How do I submit a rental request?
When browsing our rental inventory on our website, you can add items to your cart using the rental request button. Once you have finished adding items, you will be able to “checkout” from your cart. Once the checkout is complete and you receive the ORDER CONFIRMED message, your rental request has been submitted. No payment will be needed at that time.
How will I know when my rental order is confirmed?
Once your rental request has been submitted, we will review our inventory to ensure the items you are requesting are available. If all items are not available, you will receive a follow up communication advising what items are. If the items in your rental request are available, you will receive a contract and an invoice via email. Your rental order is confirmed once the contract has been signed and the invoice has been paid.
When is payment for my rental request due?
The total amount for the rental request plus a security deposit/retainer of 35% of the total will be required to reserve your items.
How long is the rental period?
Your rental fee includes a 5-day rental period. This is to give you time to pick up and return the items. The 5-day rental period includes the day of pick up and the day of return.
What is the security deposit?
**Our security deposit for our rare/hard to find items is higher than the usual 35%, as these items are difficult and sometimes not able to be replaced.
What if I need delivery?
We do deliver for an additional cost. Contact us and we can give you a delivery quote.
What if I don’t see what I need in the rental inventory?
Please let us know if there is something you are looking for that you don’t see on our website. We are always adding to our rental inventory, and we may have already have what you’re looking for but haven’t yet added it online.
How do I cancel my rental request?
You may cancel your rental request at any time, but this will result in forfeiting 40% of the total cost of the items (the security deposit). If your order is cancelled less than 7 days before the pick-up date, cancelling your rental request will result in forfeiting the total amount paid.
What if I need to adjust the number of items in my rental request as I get closer to my event?
We suggest you reserve the highest number of items you think you will need and up to 30 days before the pick-up date you can decrease the numbers as much as necessary for a refund if the refund does not exceed 50% of the total amount of the rentals (not including the security deposit).
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
If an item is damaged or lost, you will be charged the retail value of the item so that it can be replaced. Please keep in mind that the replacement cost of some items can be high and some of them are non-replaceable. The replacement fee will reflect these challenges.
